At ProKennex, we stand behind the precision and performance of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused equipment in its original box, ensuring all tags and protective plastic on racquet handles remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
